Many foreign residents can't vote in Swedish elections — despite living here for 10 years

There are almost 193,000 foreign residents in Sweden who've held residency for at least 10 years, without becoming Swedish citizens. That's according to figures from Statistics Sweden.
They can vote in municipal and regional elections, but not in the elections for the Riksdag.
Johannes tells Radio Sweden his citizenship applications have been rejected three times, and he thinks this hinders integration.
