Seven still in hospital after lightning strike

A total of 19 people ended up being taken to hospital following Tuesday's lightning strike at the Borlänge Peace and Love rock festival, but 12 of them were discharged almost straight away, reports news agency TT.

The seven patients that had to stay in overnight for observation needed more treatment, but are conscious and up and about, according to a spokesman for the local health authority.

The Peace and Love festival is Sweden's biggest outdoor music festival. It began Tuesday and continues until the 30th of June. This year the artists include Rihanna and eighties pop group Roxette.
