There’s flooding in parts of Arvika, in the western Swedish province of Värmland, and the rescue authorities say the water level will continue to rise. The authorities have issued a warning about rising levels in some rivers and lakes in western Sweden.
It continues to rain in most of the country, turning to snow in the far north.
